  • 30-Day Window: You’ve got 30 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Order Inspection + Issue Resolution

Check your order when it arrives. If something’s not right, we’ve got your back.

  • Damaged or Defective: We’ll replace it on us. Send us clear photos or videos of the defect, along with the shipping box, so we can process the replacement fast.
  • Wrong Item? We’ll get the correct one sent out—no extra cost. Just let us know, and include photos if you can.
  • Want to Return Instead? No problem, but return shipping will be on you.
